That way, you will be refreshed when you return to work and motivated to produce at a much higher level.

If the quality level of today is 2000, try to make tomorrow’s quality level 2001 or higher. Try to see each day as a way to improve. Whatever you did yesterday, do it that much better today.

Sometimes it takes a professional, outside perspective to identify the real source of a problem and this cannot be found in self-help books. Simply talking can help motivate you to succeed. Books don’t offer the opportunity for discussion that psychiatrists can.

The secret to unlocking your happiness could be taking a few short jaunts outside of your comfort zone. Many do not want to risk feeling like a failure, or feeling rejected, so they are often stuck in comfort zone that leaves them feeling unfulfilled. If you take risks, chances are you will be happier.

Getting to know yourself better than anyone else is a privilege and an honor. Be kind and true with yourself as you go through life, and feel good you have an understand of who you truly are.

As you ascertain your needs and how you will approach them, there is one thing that must be done. Make the choice to actively participate in whatever life you choose to live, and do not sit on the sidelines. Being alive means learning, exploring, and forever enhancing your own personal development.
